Jen brings nearly 20 years of experience helping people navigate complex challenges—with care, confidentiality, and compassion at the center of it all. Before founding Balance & Breathe, she spent her career in human resources, guiding individuals through moments of transition, uncertainty, and growth.

As someone with ADHD—and a mom raising a neurodiverse family—Jen understands firsthand how overwhelming life (and your home) can feel. Jen specializes in supporting those facing chronic disorganization, life transitions, and hoarding situations.

Her work is never rushed, never judgmental, and always centered around creating a space where you can feel safe, seen, and supported.
